在Visual Studio 2017中在DoDragDrop觸發後調試時未啟動拖放

就我而言，事實證明我在Visual Studio 2017的第二個實例中運行調試會話。當我停止運行Visual Studio的第二個調試會話實例時（我能夠保持Visual Studio的打開狀態，我只需要停止我的調試會話），Visual Studio的第一個調試會話實例中的拖動操作開始按預期進行。
顯然，拖放應該在兩個不同的Visual Studio實例中同時打開的兩個調試會話中起作用-有時在我的系統上也是如此。但是，有時會發生某些事情（我不確定是什麼）來“破壞” VS IDE或.NET子系統，從而導致Winform拖動操作不再起作用。
即使重新啟動後也會發生此行為，並且在具有.NET 4.7.02556的最新VS Enterprise 2017 IDE（版本15.5.6）中會發生此行為。
